7T’s CEO Kishore Khandavalli was recently named as a finalist for the EY’s 2022 Entrepreneur of the Year® Award for the Central Plains region. The nomination came for his role in growing one of his other companies, RiseIT Solutions, Inc.
RiseIT specializes in dedicated software solutions and technology services such as software consulting, software development, mobile application development, server and load balancing, IT consulting and IT infrastructure support. Khandavalli is the owner and CEO of RiseIT, which has seen exponential growth in recent years despite the COVID-19 pandemic.
“We were able to achieve this growth by implementing some very unique strategies and initiatives in the early days of the pandemic,” Khandavalli explained, adding, “When there is a major shift in the world, you need to shift as a business. You need the agility and adaptability to respond to those shifts.”
RiseIT currently has over 1,000 resources in place and the business serves several Fortune 500 companies.
When asked his thoughts on being named a finalist for the EY Entrepreneur of the Year® Award, Khandavalli replied, “I’m really delighted to be named a finalist for the Entrepreneur of the Year® Award. As an entrepreneur, you expend a tremendous amount of energy innovating and striving to achieve your business goals. It’s a wonderful acknowledgement when those efforts are recognized by an organization such as EY.”
The finalists for the EY Entrepreneur of the Year® Award for the Central Plains Region will be invited to attend an awards celebration on Saturday, June 25, 2022. The regional winners will go on to be considered for the national version of the award, which will be handed out in November. EY’s award is judged by prominent CEOs, prior award recipients and business “luminaries.”
